~About payment methods~

Payment Method:

*Credit cards (VISA/MASTER/American Express/JCB) , Google Pay , Apple Pay , Paypal and Shop Pay are accepted.

(Payment method is lump sum only)

~About shipping costs~

 *Shipping is free. Shipping fees include shipping costs only.

Customs duties, value-added tax ( VAT ), and other charges are determined by the destination country's regulations and must be paid by the recipient.

We cannot assist you with delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

~About packaging, gift wrapping, and bundling~

 In consideration of limited resources and the environment, our store may use recycled materials or used paper for cardboard and packing materials. Please note that gift wrapping is not available for international deliveries. If you would like your items to be shipped together, please leave a message in the "Order Notes" section or on the "Contact Us" page. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the timing.

 ~About Shipping~

 Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that it is in stock. Your order will be confirmed once payment and shipping procedures are complete.

In addition, our online store and physical store share inventory. Therefore, depending on when you place your order, there may be a time lag in inventory, and the product may be sold out. In the unlikely event that we find out that an item is out of stock after you place your order, we will contact you promptly and offer a refund or an alternative product.

*Delivery operations are generally carried out on business days.

*During times such as when we receive a large number of orders, it may take some time for your order to be shipped. If you are in a hurry, please send us a message in the "Order Notes" section or on the "Contact Us" page. Please note that we may not be able to meet your request.

~About returns and exchanges~

 * We have a 14- day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

*We will not accept any items returned before you request a return. Additionally, unless the item is damaged or we made a shipping error, all costs associated with returning the item will be borne by the customer. If we incur any shipping or customs fees for the return, we will deduct these costs from the refund. If the returned item is undamaged, we will refund the full price of the item. We cannot refund items that are damaged, so please pack the item carefully and label it as fragile.

* Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and address it appropriately.

 About return

 If the customer fails or refuses to receive the product, is unable to receive the product due to a long absence, or the delivery address is unknown, or if the customer is unable to receive the product for other reasons, the store will fulfill its obligation to deliver the product by contacting the contact information registered by the customer and bringing or delivering the product to the delivery address specified at the time of purchase, and the store will be relieved of such obligation. In addition, the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred in such cases, such as shipping fees.
