Shipping Methods:
Adding items to your cart does not guarantee stock availability. Orders are confirmed only after payment and shipping arrangements are completed.
- Shipping operations are generally handled on business days.
- During busy periods, shipping may take longer than usual. If you are in a hurry, please leave a message in the "Order Notes" section or contact us via the "Contact Us" page. Note that we may not always be able to accommodate your request.
Shipping Fees:
- Flat rate: ¥1,100 per delivery address (free shipping for orders of ¥20,000 or more before tax).
- Shipping fees are listed inclusive of tax.
- The fee applies per delivery address.
- Gift card purchases are excluded from the "¥20,000 free shipping" calculation.
- For specific delivery dates or times, please include a message in the "Order Notes" section on the cart page or the "Contact Us" page. Note that we may not always be able to accommodate your request.
International Shipping:
Direct purchases cannot be made from this site for international shipping. Please contact us for assistance.
