Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 [Definitions]

4.Customers Individuals who, having fully understood and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy, search, view, or use the content (including images, text, designs, logos, videos, programs, ideas, and other information, hereinafter referred to as "Content") provided by the Store through this Service, or apply for products offered.

Article 2 [Application of These Terms]

These Terms are established for the use of this Service provided by the Store via the internet. By starting to use this Service, Customers are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 3 [Changes to These Terms]

The Store may revise these Terms within the scope of the purpose of this Service if deemed necessary. If a Customer uses this Service after the Terms have been revised, they are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms. Article 4 [Product Purchases]

•Customers wishing to purchase products must apply in accordance with procedures separately defined by the Store.

•A sales contract is established between the Customer and the Store when the Customer confirms the delivery address, order details, and other information entered and registered, clicks the button to place the order, and subsequently receives an email from the Store confirming the order details.

•Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the Store may cancel, rescind, or take other appropriate actions regarding the sales contract in cases of fraudulent or inappropriate activities related to the use of this Service.

•Minors may not purchase products through this Service without prior consent from a legal guardian.

Article 5 [Changes to Registration Information]

If there are any changes to the name, address, or other information provided to the Store during purchase, the Customer must promptly notify the Store. Transactions processed before the updated information is registered will be conducted based on the information previously provided.

Article 6 [Payment Methods]

•The total payment amount for products includes the product price displayed on the website, consumption tax, shipping fees, and handling charges.

•Payments for products purchased through this Service must be made using payment methods designated by the Store.

•For payments made by credit card, Customers must comply with the terms and conditions separately agreed upon with their credit card companies. Any disputes arising between the Customer and the credit card company shall be resolved between them.

•If a specified payment method requires a separate agreement between the Customer and the payment provider, Customers must comply with the terms and conditions of that agreement. Any disputes arising between the Customer and the payment provider shall be resolved between them.

Article 7 [Product Returns]

The Store handles product returns in accordance with the “Returns and Exchanges” or “Refund Policy” outlined under the “Notation Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act” on the website.

Article 8 [Handling of Personal Information]

The Store handles personal information in accordance with its separately defined Privacy Policy.

Article 9 [Prohibited Acts]

Customers are prohibited from engaging in the following actions when using this Service:

1.Actions that cause inconvenience, damage, or loss to other Customers, third parties, or the Store, or actions that could lead to such consequences.

2.Actions that infringe on the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of third parties or the Store.

3.Actions that violate public order and morality or laws, or actions that could lead to such violations.

4.Use of Content obtained through this Service beyond the scope of personal use.

5.Reproduction, sale, publication, distribution, or public disclosure of Content obtained through this Service, or similar acts.

6.Actions that interfere with the operation of this Service or other services provided by the Store.

7.Actions deemed inappropriate by the Store, such as damaging its reputation or credibility.

8.Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the Store.

Article 10 [Disclaimer]

1.The Store is not liable for damages caused to third parties due to the Customer's violation of these Terms.

2.The Store provides no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, usefulness, or any other aspect of this Service or the information obtained through it.

3.The Store is not liable for any damages incurred by Customers due to the use of this Service, except as required by law. However, if the contract based on these Terms constitutes a consumer contract under the Consumer Contract Act, this disclaimer does not apply. The Store's liability for damages in such cases is limited to the amount paid by the Customer to the Store in the year preceding the occurrence of the damages, excluding cases of intentional or gross negligence by the Store.

4.The Store fulfills its delivery obligations and is exempt from liability when it contacts the Customer at their registered contact information and delivers the product to the designated address, even if the product cannot be received due to the Customer's circumstances. Any additional shipping costs incurred are borne by the Customer.

Article 11 [Copyrights and Intellectual Property Rights]

The Content provided through this Service exclusively belongs to the Store or rightful third parties. If disputes arise between a Customer and third parties due to violations of this article, the Customer must resolve such disputes at their own responsibility and expense, without causing any harm or loss to the Store.

Article 12 [Governing Law]

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

Article 13 [Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction]

Any matters not stipulated in these Terms or doubts regarding their interpretation shall be resolved through good-faith consultation between the Store and the Customer. All disputes related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Store’s location as the court of first instance.
