Order Validity Period:

If payment confirmation cannot be obtained within 7 days of the "Order Confirmation Email" sent by our store, the order will be automatically canceled.
If you do not receive the "Order Confirmation Email," please contact us. If no contact is made within 7 days, the order will be treated as automatically canceled.

Delivery Timing:

Products will be shipped within 7 days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Method:

  • Adding items to your cart does not guarantee stock availability. Orders are finalized upon completion of payment and shipping arrangements.
  • Shipping is generally handled on business days.

Shipping Fees:

  • Fees are inclusive of tax and apply per delivery address.
  • Gift card amounts are excluded from the "¥20,000 free shipping" calculation.

International Shipping:

Purchases cannot be made directly from this site. Please contact us for inquiries.

Returns and Exchanges:

If a product is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged.
  • If the product is damaged, and stock is available, we will send a replacement. If stock is unavailable, we will refund the purchase price.
  • In cases of damage or errors on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

    • Orders will be shipped within 7 days after payment is confirmed. Unpaid orders after 7 days will be automatically canceled.
  4. QR Code Payment
    • PayPay, Line Pay, and MerPay are accepted.

Payment Deadlines:

  • Credit Card: Follows the policies of the card company.
  • Bank Transfer: Within 7 days of the "Order Confirmation Email." Orders will be canceled automatically if not paid by the deadline.

Packaging, Gift Wrapping, and Bundling:

We use recycled materials and old paper for packaging to conserve resources and protect the environment.

  • Gift wrapping is available for a fee (¥330). Please add "Gift Wrapping" on the product page if desired.
  • For gift wrapping or bundling requests, include a message in the "Order Notes" section or the "Contact Us" page. Note that we may not always be able to accommodate requests based on timing.

Out-of-Stock Items:

Orders may be accepted on a made-to-order basis. Feel free to contact us.

Receipts:

Use the transaction history of your credit card or other payment methods as a receipt.

  • If you need an official receipt, include a request in the "Order Notes" section or "Contact Us" page.
  • Receipts requested after shipping will be sent via email.
  • To prevent misuse, receipts cannot be reissued. Please keep them safe.
  • Our shop is not a registered Qualified Invoice Issuer under the Japanese Invoice System.
    Therefore, receipts and invoices issued by our shop are not eligible for input tax credits.
