~About payment methods~

Payment options:

*Credit cards (VISA/MASTER/American Express/JCB) , Google Pay , Apple Pay , Paypal and Shop Pay are accepted.

(Payment method is lump sum only)

 

About shipping charges

 *Shipping costs are included in the product price. Shipping costs include only transportation costs.

Customs duties, value-added tax ( VAT ) and other charges are determined based on the destination country's regulations and must be paid by the recipient.

We cannot assist with delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

~About packaging, gift wrapping, and bundling~

 In consideration of limited resources and the environment, we may use recycled materials and waste paper for cardboard and packing materials. Please note that gift wrapping is not available for international deliveries. If you would like to have your items shipped together, please send a message in the "Order Notes" or "Contact Us" page. Please note that we may not be able to meet your request depending on the timing.

 

 ~About Shipping~

 Adding an item to your cart does not mean that it is in stock. Your order will be confirmed once payment and shipping procedures are complete.

*Delivery operations are generally carried out on business days.

*During times such as when we receive a large number of orders, it may take some time to ship your order. If you are in a hurry, please send us a message in the "Order Notes" section or on the "Contact Us" page. Please note that we may not be able to meet your request.

 

~About returns and exchanges~

 * We have a 14- day return policy, which means you can request a return up to 14 days after receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Your receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

*We will not accept any items returned before you request a return. In addition, unless the item is damaged or we have made a shipping mistake, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the outbound shipping fee. If we incur any shipping fees or customs duties for the return, we will refund the amount minus the actual cost. If the returned item is undamaged, we will refund the full price of the item. If the item is damaged, we will not be able to refund you, so please pack it carefully and make sure it is clearly marked as fragile.

 

* Damage and issues

Please inspect your items upon receipt of your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and address it appropriately.

 About return

 In the event that the customer fails or refuses to receive the product, is unable to receive the product due to a long absence, is unable to receive the product due to an unknown delivery address, or is otherwise unable to receive the product due to the customer's circumstances, the store will fulfill its obligation to deliver the product by contacting the contact information registered by the customer and bringing or delivering the product to the delivery address specified at the time of purchase, and the store will be released from said obligation.
